Shiva Rea Sun Salutation Video

Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) might seem boring for some, but this simple sequence of 12 yoga poses (asanas) works great if you don't have time to do anything more involved.




Health and Yoga website lists some of the benefits of Sun Salutations, here they are:
